How does the contest work?
High school choir directors enter an mp3 (audio file) of their choir singing some or all of "I Want to Know What Love Is." Then everyone can vote for their favorite choir to win. One choir will be selected to sing that song on-stage with Foreigner at the New Orleans Arena on Sat 9/10!

When is the deadline to enter my votes?
12pm on September 2nd, 2011.

How do I make an mp3 file?
There are many ways, but here are a few of the easier ones;
Many computers have audio recording software. If your computer does not, there are several free or inexpensive downloads. These programs should work with the internal microphone built into most laptops.
If you are comfortable uploading videos to YouTube, you can convert most video files to an mp3 by using the site keepvid.com (just paste the YouTube URL into the site's window, click download and then save the file that says mp3).

I'm still not sure I know how to create an mp3, who can I contact?
Feel free to email abasile@entercom.com with specific questions and we might be able to help.

Where can I find the consent form I need to submit?
Click here for the Word document that you'll need to complete and return in order for your entry to be approved.

Where can I find the official rules for this contest?
See our Official Rules Page.

What is the exact prize?
The prize is the winning choir getting the experience of singing on-stage at the New Orleans Arena when Foreigner performs "I Want to Know What Love Is"! The prize does not include additional tickets for friends or family members or any transportation. Should friends or family members want to purchase tickets to be there for the concert, they are available through Ticketmaster.
